With over a decade of sales and management experience, Ms. Lee has been responsible for the sales, leasing and marketing campaigns of more than $1.5 billion of assets for clients such as Jerry Snyder, Mack Urban, AECOM, TruAmerica, Capri Capital, The Harridge Group, Kennedy Wilson, The Le Frak Organization, Guardian Life Insurance, Starwood, Forest City and Big Rock Partners, a spin-off of Apollo Real Estate Advisors. 
 
Ms. Lee was also responsible for the lease-up and stabilization of The Vermont, the largest and most expensive multifamily asset exchanged in Southern California since the 2008 market collapse. Ms. Lee’s team achieved stabilization of the 464-unit asset within 1.5 years at above-market rents. She specializes in niche markets in both Los Angeles and Orange County and has unparalleled knowledge of the latest demographic trends, with a proven track-record of selling out new home communities, high-rise condos and leasing large developments on an accelerated time frame.
 
Ms. Lee is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and the Korean Real Estate Brokers Association of Southern California. She maintains several great relationships with Asian organizations throughout Southern California.
